SWIM
TEAM REGISTRATION
Swim Team registration will take place Thursday September
17, between 4 PM-8PM, and Friday September 18 between
3:15PM-9:30PM, during regular practice groups. All swimmers
need to be registered during those times. Parents of swimmers
in Super Squad and High School groups, please come in during those
hours. Read the “What to Bring” document to
see what forms you will need for each practice
group.
Before registering for the team, it is required that
every swimmer’s Y membership be paid through August 2010 and
the swim team program payment, due 9/17/09, be paid.
Please stop by the Front Desk in the lobby to settle both payments
prior to coming to the registration table. Download the team
forms you need and bring completed to
registration.
New this year will be the option to have your payments
automatically drafted from a credit card or your checking
account. This is a simple one step method to handle all your
swim team fees for the entire year. The amounts and exact
drafting dates are available on all forms. Download the
appropriate form for your practice group and bring to the front
desk at the Y any time prior to registration.
